On Monday, 7th October 2024, Bureau Veritas announced it had entered into an exclusive agreement with Mérieux NutriSciences to sell its global food testing business, including its share in the BVAQ joint venture with AsureQuality.
Our collaboration with Bureau Veritas over the last eight years has been very successful, and the BVAQ businesses in Southeast Asia and Australia are performing well and favourably positioned for the future. We remain strategically aligned with AsureQuality in supporting our customers in these significant markets, and ensuring we keep up to date with market trends, insights and innovation.
